The theoretical and scientific-practical journal «Russian Ophthalmology of Children/«Rossiyskaya detskaya oftalmologiya» was founded by Professor E.I. Sidorenko in 2012. The journal is included in the «List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Sciences of the Higher Attestation Commission should be published» in the specialty 3.1.5 – Ophthalmology (medical sciences, clinical ophthalmology).
The journal covers modern technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases in children and promotes the early introduction of the latest scientific achievements into practice. Publishes original scientific research and review articles devoted to the most pressing issues of the theory and practice of pediatric ophthalmology. The publication is intended for oculists and researchers involved in the clinic of eye diseases and the physiology of vision in children. Materials are widely distributed for specialists in open access.
The journal «Russian Ophthalmology of Children» is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor).
